Shift Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 7:00PM - 5:30PM
Key Responsibilities
As a warehouse associate your daily tasks will vary from receiving parts from our suppliers, shipping product to our customers, opening boxes, picking, packaging/repackaging parts, using a bar code scanning device, and operating powered industrial equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and other tasks related to our warehouse environment.
Safely select, lift, and move parts that vary in size and weight up to 40 pounds from various height locations, floor level and up, on a repetitive basis.
Work at elevations up to 20-30 feet off floor level is common.
Load Small Parcel Carriers using mobile equipment.
Housekeeping – sweeping, moving boxes and pallets to appropriate areas, maintaining cleanliness of the work area.
Sort products of various sizes and weights and stage for proper warehouse put away.
Confirm accuracy of received materials and verify quality and quantity of parts received.
Replenish parts in bin and rack areas throughout the warehouse.
Concepting parts to fit location.
This position requires prolonged standing/walking for 8+ hours based on overtime and business needs; pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 40 lbs; and repetitive bending, squatting, stooping, kneeling, and reaching. Employees have the ability to cross-train by working in any area as needed based on business needs and staffing levels. Overtime is based on business needs.
Experience & Qualifications
Experience Required
be 18 years or older to apply.
be able to speak, read and understand basic English.
have basic computer knowledge; knowledge of Click System a plus!
Preferred Qualifications
minimum 1 year applicable experience in a production environment.
minimum 1 year experience operating mobile equipment: forklift, order selector, reach truck.
