Routine maintenance functions; electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting
Completing work orders
Refurbishing turnovers
Assist custodian with cleaning common spaces when necessary
Grounds maintenance, snow removal
24/7 Emergency On-Call rotation required
Must live within 30 minutes of site
Physically able to lift (50 lbs), bend, climb and reach
Valid State Drivers License and access to a vehicle
Pay depending on experience.
