A private equity–backed manufacturing company in rapid growth mode is seeking a hands‑on Controller to help scale the finance and accounting function as the business continues to expand. With significant investment and a clear growth strategy in place, this role offers the opportunity to build processes, strengthen reporting, and support leadership as the company moves through its next phase of expansion.
The ideal candidate will bring strong technical accounting expertise, CPA credentials (preferred), and experience operating in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment. This is a highly visible role partnering closely with executive leadership to enhance financial reporting, drive operational insight, and ensure a strong internal control environment.
This position is ideal for a Controller who enjoys building structure in a growing organization, improving processes, and serving as a strategic financial leader within a private equity–backed environment.
Knowledge and Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, CPA a plus
Deadline‑Oriented, Reporting Research Results, Time Management and Data Entry Management.
Electronic accounting software experience
Knowledge of the full accounting cycle
High level of deductive reasoning
