What You’ll Do

Provide administrative and operational support for all RBSI programming activities.

Coordinate logistics for speaker-related events, including speaker lunches and keynote dinners.

Secure, manage, and oversee catering services for program events and special functions.

Support planning and execution of RBSI Recruitment Day, including logistics, participant coordination, and on-site assistance.

Assist students with onboarding and departure processes, including airport transportation and shuttle coordination.

Manage student room assignments and housing-related logistics.

Prepare, organize, and distribute course and program materials in a timely manner.

Communicate effectively with faculty, staff, vendors, and students to ensure seamless program delivery.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication and coordination with faculty, staff, vendors, and students are essential.
