A leading global professional services firm is seeking a Campus Recruitment Coordinator (Temporary) to support its Chicago student recruitment and summer associate program. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys event coordination, working in a fast-paced environment, and supporting high-level professionals. This position will assist the student recruitment team with the planning, coordination, and execution of a 10-week summer associate program, while also helping manage administrative and logistical tasks that arise throughout the program.
Key Responsibilities
Support logistics for the summer associate program
Coordinate events and activities (2-3 evening events per week)
Communicate with summer associates regarding onboarding and program details
Order lunches, schedule conference space, and manage event logistics
Track event attendance and prepare materials for mid-summer and end‑of‑program reviews
Assist with reimbursements, expense tracking, and general administrative support
Qualifications
Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced professional environment
Willingness to work occasional evening events
1+ years of administrative or HR support experience in professional services, law firm, or corporate environments preferred
Bachelor's degree
