
Executive Administrative Assistant

Tarantino Properties is looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in Houston, Texas.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct administrative support to executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, presentations, reports, and internal/external communications
Coordinate and manage meetings, including agendas, materials, minutes, and follow-up action items
Assist with multifamily portfolio reporting, including compiling operational and financial data
Maintain and organize confidential files, records, and documentation
Support transaction processes such as acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and due diligence
Track key deadlines, deliverables, and project milestones across multiple initiatives
Handle expense reports, invoice processing, and budget tracking as needed
Assist with special projects, research, and strategic initiatives within the multifamily division
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and anticipate executive needs
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
3–7+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in real estate, multifamily, or professional services
Demonstrated ability to assist with or prepare operating budgets
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Experience with real estate software platforms (e.g., OneSite, Yardi, or similar) is a plus
Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with multifamily operations
Experience supporting multiple executives or a team
Ability to analyze basic financial or operational reports
Project coordination or project management experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
