Capital City College Learning Support Assistant
Overview
Make a Meaningful Impact Behind the Scenes at Capital City College. This role is offered on an hourly paid basis and supports learners with learning difficulties and/or disabilities (including emotional and/or behavioural difficulties) within the campuses, differentiating and facilitating learning according to learner need. You will work with small groups, 1:1 and as floating support.

Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality support across the college and contribute to a positive and inclusive environment.
About You
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Clear and professional communication skills.
Confidence working with systems and processes, and good tracking and IT skills.
A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
Experience of working with learners with learning/behavioural difficulties and disabilities aged 14 and up.
Most importantly, you’ll be ready to make a positive contribution to the college community.
