What You’ll Do
As a Human Resources Generalist II, you’ll be a key partner to employees and leaders, supporting the full employee lifecycle while helping OneHR deliver a strong, consistent HR experience across the organization.
You’ll:
Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and leaders, balancing employee advocacy with business needs
Support employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, policy interpretation, and coaching leaders through people issues
Manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt roles, including sourcing, interviewing, assessments, background checks, and offer coordination
Partner with the Corporate Recruiter to support hiring demand and time-to-fill goals
Coordinate and deliver onboarding and new-hire orientation programs
Communicate and administer employee benefits enrollments and HR programs
Track and administer FMLA and personal leave requests
Support performance management processes and annual evaluations
Manage unemployment claims and coordinate litigation matters with third-party vendors
Help maintain HR policies, procedures, and handbook updates in alignment with employment laws
Support employee recognition programs, engagement initiatives, and company events
Ensure ongoing compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
What You Bring
You’re a hands-on Human Resources professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships across an organization.
You bring:
A
Bachelor’s degree
in Human Resources or a related field
3+ years of HR experience
in a corporate environment
Strong working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
Experience handling employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion
Comfort working across multiple HR functions; recruiting, employee relations, compliance, benefits, and performance management
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and working knowledge of HRIS (ADP a plus) and payroll systems
The ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and communicate clearly
HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR or similar) is
preferred , not required
