Are you ready to take the next step in your HR career? We’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join a growing organization in Columbus. In this role, you’ll be a key partner in supporting employees, driving engagement, and ensuring smooth HR operations across the company.

What You’ll Do:

  Support the full employee lifecycle including recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, and offboarding.

  Serve as a resource for employees and managers on policies, procedures, and HR best practices.

  Assist with payroll and HRIS administration to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  Manage employee relations matters and help foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

  Contribute to performance review processes, training initiatives, and employee engagement programs.

  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 
  

  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

  
  


• 
  

  2+ years of HR experience; generalist or coordinator background preferred.

  Strong understanding of employment laws and HR compliance.

  Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
