Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws
Support benefits administration and assist with payroll coordination
Facilitate performance management and employee development initiatives
Advise employees and managers on HR policies and procedures
Organize employee engagement activities and company events
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor regulations
Contribute to recruitment and hiring strategies
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role
Experience in the manufacturing industry is strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
