In this role, you will be responsible for assisting Polish-speaking clients, resolving their inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer support to Polish-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat
Address product and service-related inquiries, offering clear and accurate information
Resolve customer complaints promptly and efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction
Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records for follow-up
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes and solutions
Stay current with product knowledge and updates to assist customers effectively
Requirements
Fluency in Polish (written and spoken); English language skills are a plus
Previous experience in customer support or related fields is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with customer support software is advantageous
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
