Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer support to German‑speaking customers through multiple communication channels such as phone, email, and chat

Handle inquiries about products, services, and account information efficiently and accurately

Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction

Document customer interactions and update records thoroughly

Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction

Stay informed about product updates and company policies to deliver accurate assistance

Requirements

Fluent in German (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage

Previous experience in customer service or support roles preferred
