Overview
Located in the middle of the famous Las Vegas Strip, join our team as a Front Desk Clerk at our 829-room resort. Our rooftop pool, Fitness Center, and Spa complement the guest experience. This role supports hospitality skills and offers opportunities for growth and advancement.
Responsibilities
Greets guests and owners on arrival.
Check in/out guests.
Generates folio and collects payments.
Receives housekeeping and maintenance requests or work orders and contacts the appropriate departmental personnel.
Prepares and restocks the front desk with supplies, including arrival packets and area information.
Answers phones and directs calls.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Proficient English language.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize duties to meet deadlines and demands.
6 months customer service experience.
Open and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
