Associate Producer, ABC Broadcast of the NYC Pride March - 2026
Event: ABC-7 New York Broadcast of the NYC Pride March
Time of Service: 06/01/2026 - 07/01/2026
Role & Responsibilities
Direct Report : Reports directly to the Executive Producer.
Reporting : Maintain clear and accurate records of budget, contracts and vital production information.
Finance : Work closely with the Heritage of Pride team to ensure that payments are processed on time and records are kept accurately. Responsible for providing a full report on payment statuses to the Executive Producer by the end of this contract term.
Primary Liaison : Serves as the liaison between the Executive Producer, the production company, and all talent (performers, interviewees, etc.).
Travel & Accommodation Coordination : Works with the Heritage of Pride team to coordinate and book travel and accommodations for all talent.
Communication with Talent : Collaborates with the production team to ensure all broadcast-related details are communicated to talent, including performers and interviewees.
Preparation of Welcome Packets : Prepares and distributes digital welcome packets to all talent, ensuring they have all necessary information, including the show schedule, soundcheck times and live broadcast timing.
On-Site Talent Support : Acts as a point of contact for all talent upon arrival, providing guidance and support throughout the event.
On-Site Presence : Required to be on-site for load-in and assist with event preparation, ensuring everything runs smoothly for the broadcast.
Remote/On-Site Work : Position is primarily remote, with in-office time as required for walk-throughs and event preparation leading up to the broadcast.
Volunteer Management : Ability to work collaboratively with and oversee a group of volunteers day-of show, and also train said volunteers ahead of the production.
Salary
Compensation: $6,000.00 contract paid in two installments.
