
Production Worker I

Performance Health is looking for a Production Worker I to join the manufacturing team in Dolgeville, NY. This position is responsible for specific role(s) in the production process. Ensures that quality standards are met throughout the entire production process from raw materials to finished goods.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
Patching and Webbing: Assembly and sub-assembly operations
Operates various machinery including but not limited to; Foam machine, presses, grinders, molders, spray guns, etc.
Quality assurance of products and material maintenance
Monitors, controls, and trouble shoots machines
Packs products and fills orders as needed
Create and maintain culture of safety, teamwork, and ethical business practices
Notify Leadership of any unsafe conditions within their work area
Maintain a clean work environment
Effective and professional communication and collaboration at all times
Adhere to corporate and/or site policies and procedures
Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred, not required
Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
Previous manufacturing experience a plus

This is a full-time position with an hourly pay rate of $17.00 - $18.00 and the opportunity to earn bonus, plus benefits.
