
Landscape Architect

Our client is seeking a full-time Landscape Architect with 5–10 years of professional experience to join their Charleston studio. This role offers the opportunity to lead and contribute across all project phases—from early concept design through construction documentation and implementation—within a collaborative, design-driven environment focused on high-quality, context-sensitive work throughout the Southeast.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support design development from concept through construction documentation
Produce compelling design graphics, diagrams, and presentation materials
Prepare and coordinate full construction document sets, including grading, planting, hardscape, and detailing
Contribute to master planning and site planning across a range of project types
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and clients throughout all phases
Assist with project coordination, schedules, and documentation delivery
Support construction observation and design intent implementation as needed
Help maintain design quality, clarity, and consistency across projects
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program
5–10 years of professional experience in landscape architecture or related practice
Strong design leadership and advanced graphic communication skills
Solid understanding of construction methods, detailing, and implementation
Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate across all phases
Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
Experience working on varied project types including residential and/or commercial work
