Landscape Architect
A multidisciplinary architecture and engineering consultancy is seeking a Landscape Architect to lead the delivery of site development projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors. This role combines project management, design leadership, and client engagement within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment.
The Role
You will take ownership of land development projects from concept through to delivery, balancing design quality with technical execution. Working closely with internal teams, external consultants, and clients, you will play a key role in shaping high-quality environments across a range of project types.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage land development projects, overseeing scope, programme, and budget
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and local authorities
Deliver site planning and landscape design, including public realm, parks, and mixed-use environments
Prepare technical design packages, including grading plans, drainage strategies, planting plans, and construction documentation
Support planning applications, permitting, and regulatory approvals
Build and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to ongoing business development
Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative team environment
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience in landscape architecture, ideally within land or site development
Demonstrated project management experience across multiple concurrent projects
Strong understanding of site design, grading, and planning processes
Proven ability to coordinate across disciplines and manage stakeholder relationships
Technical Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office
Familiarity with planning approvals and regulatory processes
Qualifications
Degree in Landscape Architecture
Chartered or Licensed Landscape Architect status preferred
