ControlAir Systems is hiring experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technicians to support our Burlington-based team. This role focuses on service and repair of RTUs, VRF systems, boilers, and related commercial equipment across a local territory.

Job Responsibilities
Service and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling systems for commercial customers
Work on packaged RTUs, water source heat pumps, split systems, ductless systems, VRF/VRV systems, makeup air units, boilers, and more
Utilize mobile dispatching tools to complete service reports and communicate with dispatch and management
Work closely with Service Manager and Service Director to develop and expand technical skill set
Maintain strong customer relationships with building engineers, property managers, and owners
Follow company standards for workmanship, safety, and customer service
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC service experience
EPA Certification required
Valid driver’s license
Ability to pass background check
MA Refrigeration License preferred but not required
Willingness to participate in on-call rotation (every 8–10 weeks)
