The Role
You’ll be the “go‑to” assistant maintenance technician for our Grand Rapids properties. This role involves some light travel between our local communities so you can see different sites and work with a variety of great teams. We provide the growth, the stability, and the support—you bring the skills!

Pay: starts at $20.00 an hour
