Salary Range:
$52,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues in machinery.
Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
Calibrate and test equipment to meet specified performance standards and quality requirements.
Document service activities, including repairs, parts used, and time spent, accurately.
Provide technical support and training to customers on equipment operation and basic maintenance.
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during field service operations.
Recommended Qualifications
Associate's degree in a technical field (e.g., electronics, mechatronics, industrial maintenance) or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery and control systems.
Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in various field environments.
Valid driver's license and a willingness to travel extensively to customer sites.
