Salary Range:
$56,000 - $88,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues in machinery.
Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
Calibrate and test machinery to meet specified operational parameters and quality standards.
Document service activities, including repairs, parts used, and time spent, accurately.
Provide technical support and training to customers on equipment operation and basic maintenance.
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during field service operations.
Recommended Qualifications
Associate's degree in a technical field (e.g., electronics, mechatronics, industrial maintenance) or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in field service, maintenance, or repair of industrial machinery or automation equipment.
Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills, including experience with PLCs, sensors, motors, and control systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and blueprints.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record with willingness to travel frequently to customer sites.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with CMMS software for work order management and documentation.
Certification in a specific manufacturing technology (e.g., robotics, PLCs, industrial automation).
Proven ability to train end-users or less experienced technicians on equipment operation and basic maintenance.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and their application in a service environment.
Bilingual proficiency, especially in languages common within the local manufacturing workforce or customer base.
