Salary Range:
$55,000 - $87,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on manufacturing equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled inspections to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Troubleshoot complex issues using diagnostic tools, schematics, and technical manuals.
Calibrate and adjust machinery to meet production specifications and quality standards.
Document service activities, repairs, and parts used accurately and completely.
Provide technical support and training to production staff on equipment operation and basic maintenance.
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while performing service tasks.
Recommended Qualifications
Associate's degree in a technical field (e.g., Industrial Maintenance, Electronics, Mechatronics) or equivalent practical experience.
2+ years of experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery (e.g., PLCs, robotics, hydraulic/pneumatic systems).
Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, mechanical blueprints, and technical manuals.
Strong understanding of safety protocols and best practices in industrial environments.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose complex technical issues independently.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently to customer sites.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with CMMS software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, Fiix).
Familiarity with PLC programming and diagnostics (e.g., Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000).
Certification in specialized areas (e.g., hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics).
Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
Experience with industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus).
