Salary Range:
$55,000 - $87,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are partnering with organizations in DeWitt that are seeking Field Service Technicians. Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems on manufacturing equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance (PM) according to schedules and documented procedures to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Install, commission, and calibrate new machinery and equipment at customer sites.
Provide technical support and training to customers on equipment operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
Document all service activities, including repairs, parts used, and customer interactions, accurately and in a timely manner.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and resolve recurring equipment issues and improve product reliability.
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while performing field service activities.
Recommended Qualifications
Associate's degree in a technical field (e.g., electronics, mechatronics) or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of experience in field service or maintenance of industrial machinery.
Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
Strong understanding of PLCs and industrial control systems.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively to customer sites.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with PLC troubleshooting and programming
Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, CCST)
Proficiency in using CMMS software for work order management and documentation
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints
