Salary Range:
$68,000 - $102,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the master production schedule, considering capacity constraints and material availability.
Collaborate with sales, production, and supply chain to ensure alignment on production plans and customer delivery dates.
Analyze demand forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacities to optimize scheduling and minimize stockouts or excess inventory.
Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, working with relevant departments to mitigate impacts on production and delivery.
Monitor production performance against the schedule, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions.
Utilize ERP/MRP systems and other scheduling tools to create, manage, and communicate the master schedule effectively.
Generate reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to scheduling accuracy, on-time delivery, and production efficiency.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in production planning, master scheduling, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
Proven expertise with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365) and advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
APICS CSCP or CPIM certification preferred.
