$76,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain the master production schedule (MPS) to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.
Collaborate with sales, operations, and supply chain to integrate forecasts and production plans into the MPS.
Monitor inventory levels and production capacity, adjusting the MPS as needed to prevent stockouts or overproduction.
Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and bottlenecks to ensure timely order fulfillment and efficient operations.
Utilize ERP/MRP systems and advanced planning tools to generate, analyze, and communicate scheduling information.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to scheduling processes, tools, and data accuracy.
Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as schedule adherence, forecast accuracy, and inventory turns.
Recommended Qualifications
5+ years experience as a Master Scheduler in a manufacturing environment.
Proven ability to develop and manage complex production schedules.
Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems, particularly related to scheduling modules.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on supply chain optimization.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
