The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the master production schedule (MPS) to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.
Collaborate with sales, production, and supply chain to align MPS with forecasts, capacity, and material availability.
Monitor production performance against the MPS, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
Analyze demand patterns, production capacity, and inventory levels to optimize scheduling strategies.
Utilize ERP/MRP systems to generate, update, and manage the MPS and related planning data.
Lead cross-functional meetings to review MPS adherence, address constraints, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for scheduling processes and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or master scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex) and advanced planning tools.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, capacity planning, and inventory management principles.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize production schedules.
