Salary Range:
$70,000 - $104,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain the master production schedule (MPS) to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.
Collaborate with sales, production, and supply chain to align production plans with sales forecasts and material availability.
Monitor inventory levels and production progress, adjusting schedules as needed to prevent stockouts or overstock.
Utilize ERP/MRP systems and advanced planning tools to generate accurate and efficient schedules.
Analyze production capacity and identify potential bottlenecks, recommending solutions to improve flow and efficiency.
Lead cross-functional meetings to review schedule performance, address issues, and ensure alignment across departments.
Forecast future capacity requirements and contribute to long-term strategic planning for manufacturing operations.
Develop and implement metrics to track scheduling accuracy, on-time delivery, and production efficiency.
Recommended Qualifications
5+ years experience as a Master Scheduler in a manufacturing environment.
Proven ability to develop and manage complex production schedules.
Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems and their application in manufacturing.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing production flow.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
