Salary Range:
$70,000 - $104,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We partner with manufacturers across Allendale seeking Master Schedulers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the master production schedule, considering capacity, material availability, and customer demand.
Collaborate with sales, production, and procurement to ensure alignment of the production plan with business objectives.
Monitor inventory levels and adjust schedules to optimize stock levels and minimize obsolescence.
Analyze production performance and identify areas for improvement in scheduling processes.
Utilize ERP/MRP systems to manage and communicate production schedules across relevant departments.
Forecast future demand and capacity requirements to inform strategic planning.
Resolve scheduling conflicts and prioritize production based on business needs and customer commitments.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or master scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
Proven expertise with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex).
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and capacity planning methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to manage complex data.
APICS CSCP or CPIM certification preferred.
