The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the master production schedule (MPS) to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.
Collaborate with sales, production, and supply chain to align the MPS with business objectives and capacity constraints.
Monitor inventory levels and adjust the MPS to minimize excess inventory and prevent stockouts.
Analyze production capacity and identify potential bottlenecks, proposing solutions to ensure schedule adherence.
Utilize ERP/MRP systems to manage scheduling data, generate reports, and track performance metrics.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for scheduling processes and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in production planning, master scheduling, or demand planning within a manufacturing environment.
Proven expertise in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex) and advanced planning tools.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and forecasting techniques.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
