Salary Range:
$67,000 - $101,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the master production schedule (MPS) to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.
Collaborate with sales, production, and supply chain to align the MPS with business objectives and inventory targets.
Analyze production capacity and material availability to ensure the feasibility of the MPS.
Monitor actual production performance against the MPS and implement corrective actions as needed.
Utilize advanced planning systems and tools to generate and optimize scheduling solutions.
Identify and mitigate potential scheduling conflicts or bottlenecks to minimize disruptions.
Generate reports and communicate MPS status, risks, and performance to relevant stakeholders.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in production planning, master scheduling, or demand planning within a manufacturing environment.
Proven expertise in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex) and advanced planning tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with ERP system implementation or optimization
APICS CPIM or CSCP certification
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Experience with advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software
