Salary Range:
$49,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
Install, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment on-site.
Perform preventative maintenance and calibration of machinery according to schedules.
Diagnose and resolve complex electrical, mechanical, and software issues.
Document service activities, including repairs, parts used, and time spent.
Provide technical support and training to customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards during all service operations.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and implement equipment improvements.
Recommended Qualifications
Associate's degree in a technical field (e.g., electronics, mechatronics) or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery.
Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals.
Strong understanding of PLCs, HMIs, and industrial control systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose complex technical issues.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently to customer sites.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with PLC troubleshooting and programming
Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, CCST)
Proficiency in a second language, particularly Spanish or Mandarin
Familiarity with CMMS software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, Fiix)
Prior experience training junior technicians or leading field service projects
