Salary Range:
$51,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues in production machinery.

Calibrate and test equipment to meet specified performance standards and safety regulations.
Document service activities, including repairs, parts used, and time spent, accurately.
Provide technical support and training to manufacturing personnel on equipment operation and basic maintenance.
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during field service operations.
Recommended Qualifications
Associate's degree in electronics, mechatronics, or a related technical field.
3+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery (e.g., PLCs, robotics, hydraulics).
Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude, including the ability to read schematics and blueprints.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with specific OEM diagnostic tools or software.
Certifications in specialized areas like robotics, PLCs, or vision systems.
Proven ability to train or mentor junior technicians.
Prior experience in a customer-facing or technical support role.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies.
