
2nd shift - Senior Maintenance Technician

Essential Job Responsibilities
Support the manufacturing areas with plant focus on minimizing down time, increasing productivity and maintain the overall Toyota Production System as well as company policies/procedures.
Support maintenance activities on all production equipment, facilities, and utility systems to provide a reliable production platform.
Perform predictive and preventive maintenance in conjunction with production management to ensure operability of all plant production equipment and facilities.
Perform general building maintenance.
Perform machine repair, including electrical and robotic equipment.
Support Kaizen and other related activities.
Other duties as assigned.
Education
High School diploma or GED required
Industrial Maintenance associate's degree preferred
Intermediate to advanced electrical training certifications
Experience
2-5 years’ extensive skills in robotics tuning, electrical and PLC troubleshooting
Extensive skills in programming software to optimize process improvements and trouble-shoot
Intermediate to advanced programming of A/B processors preferred
Personal/Technical Skills
Self-starter with strong work ethic
Good problem solving and analytical skills
Flexibility in a changing environment
Mandatory overtime flexibility
Language Skills
English, both written and verbal
Computer/Software
Basic Microsoft Office applications
RS Logix programming software, Factory Talk View for panel views, Micrologix, RS Logix 5000, Mitsubishi; A series.
Work Environment/Conditions
Plant: Automotive manufacturing plant.
Travel: 0-40%.
Hours: Must be available to work overtime, weekends and holidays.
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the team member is required to talk, see, and hear. The team member must be capable of walking, sitting, and standing and is occasionally required to lift up to 30 pounds. Team members must be capable to work from aerial platforms. Team member must be able to climb fixed, portable and stationary ladders up to 25ft.
