Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated 2nd Shift Machine Operator to join their dynamic team. As a 2nd Shift Machine Operator, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
**Job Title:** 2nd Shift Machine Operator
**Location:** Leeds, AL
**Pay Range:** $15.00 per hour
**Shift:** Monday - Thursday, 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM
**What's the Job?**
+ Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
+ Monitor machine operations and make basic adjustments as needed
+ Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
+ Follow all safety rules, policies, and procedures
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area
**What's Needed?**
+ Ability to train on 1st shift until fully trainied
+ High school diploma or GED preferred
+ Prior manufacturing or machine operating experience is required
+ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
+ Strong attention to detail and quality
+ Reliable attendance and punctuality
