**Now Hiring: Warehouse Associates - Multiple Positions Available in Montgomery, AL**
**Shift:** 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
**Schedule:** Monday - Friday
**Pay Rate:** $15.00 per hour
**Employment Type:** Temp-to-Hire
We are currently seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our warehouse team. Multiple roles are available on the **3rd shift** with opportunities for long-term hire based on performance.
**Position 1: Order Picker**
**Job Duties Include:**
+ Accurately pick customer orders using pick tickets, RF scanners, or voice systems
+ Locate and select products throughout the warehouse
+ Verify items, quantities, and product quality before staging
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area
+ Meet productivity and accuracy standards
+ Follow all safety and company procedures
**Position 2: Loader / Unloader / Packaging Associate**
**Job Duties Include:**
+ Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers
+ Package, label, and prepare products for shipment
+ Stack, palletize, and shrink-wrap products as required
+ Inspect items for damage or defects
+ Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed
+ Follow safety guidelines and proper lifting techniques
**Position 3: Shipping Associate**
**Job Duties Include:**
+ Prepare outbound shipments according to company standards
+ Weigh, label, and document shipments accurately
+ Verify shipping information and paperwork
+ Help coordinate staging of outgoing orders
+ Maintain shipping area organization and cleanliness
+ Ensure shipments are ready for on-time dispatch
**Requirements:**
+ Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move materials throughout the shift
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
+ Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
+ Prior warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
