Mattel is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance Coordinator to join our finance team. As a Finance Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, and contributing to the overall financial health of Mattel.
Key Skills
5-7 years of Financial experience
Experience working with financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense reimbursements
Experience working with Reconciliations
Experience working with Coupa or Oracle
Experience working with Excel
Responsibilities
Process financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense reimbursements, in compliance with company policies and procedures
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring the integrity and completeness of financial data
Generate and prepare financial reports, summaries, and analysis as required by the finance team, providing insights into financial performance
Collaborate with finance managers to provide support in the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial plans
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve finance-related inquiries and discrepancies
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements in all financial transactions and processes
Assist in ad-hoc financial projects and tasks, providing support to the finance team as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
