The Job You Will Perform

Serve as the centralized escalation point for all Accounts Payable inquiries and issues.

Manage and resolve exception‑related problems, including price and quantity discrepancies, incomplete or missing documentation, and other process deviations.

Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities to reduce exceptions and enhance overall AP efficiency.

Maintain clear, consistent communication with key stakeholders such as facilities, Corporate Center partners, and external vendors.

Prepare, analyze, and distribute the Accounts Payable performance scorecard.

Develop, deliver, and manage all change management initiatives and associated training materials.

Act as the administrator for IPNet Accounts Payable pages and Viva Engage.

Perform account reconciliations.

Execute additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned.

The Skills You Will Bring

Bachelor’s degree required.

5+ years of diverse experience across Accounting and Procurement functions.

Strong analytical capabilities with a proven ability to develop sustainable, long‑term solutions.

Demonstrated critical‑thinking skills for generating, interpreting, and evaluating key performance metrics.

Ability to adapt quickly to evolving technologies, tools, and business environments.

Change management certification preferred.

Experience designing and delivering end‑user training.

SAP experience preferred.

A growth‑oriented mindset with a desire to continually learn and improve.

Positive, proactive, can‑do attitude.

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.

Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
