Production Operator - Work ~14 days a month on a rotating shift

Job Summary
Kedrion Biopharma Inc. is an international company that collects and fractionates blood plasma to produce and distribute plasma‑derived therapeutic products for the treatment and prevention of serious diseases, disorders, and conditions such as hemophilia, primary immune system deficiencies, and Rh‑sensitization.
What You’ll Do
Operate centrifuges, tanks, ultrafiltration, COP/CIP systems, and assembly equipment.
Handle materials: weighing, adding chemicals, suspending solids.
Load/unload product and transport via forklift or hand truck (certification required).
Maintain clean, safe, compliant production areas and equipment.
Troubleshoot equipment/process issues and support investigations (deviations, CAPA).
Assist with document revisions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Follow all safety, SOP, EHS, and cGMP requirements.
Perform cleaning, waste removal, and recovery activities.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
Flexible to work rotating shifts and overtime.
Strong communication, teamwork, math, and computer skills.
Problem‑solver, self‑motivated, adaptable, and results‑driven.
Day Role
6 am–6 pm
Pay Range
$20.00–$22.00/HR
