Job Summary
Kedrion Biopharma Inc. is an international company that collects and fractionates blood plasma to produce and distribute plasma‑derived therapeutic products for treating and preventing serious diseases such as Hemophilia, Primary Immune System Deficiencies and Rh‑Sensitization.
Manufacturing Technicians I & II perform hands‑on production activities, operating both manual and automated equipment under cGMP and safety standards. Reporting to a supervisor, you’ll execute manufacturing processes, document work, support troubleshooting, and help maintain compliance and readiness of production areas.
What You'll Do
Operate centrifuges, tanks, ultrafiltration, COP/CIP systems, and assembly equipment.
Handle materials: weighing, adding chemicals, suspending solids.
Load/unload product and transport via forklift or hand truck (certification required).
Maintain clean, safe, compliant production areas and equipment.
Troubleshoot equipment/process issues and support investigations (deviations, CAPA).
Assist with document revisions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Follow all safety, SOP, EHS, and cGMP requirements.
Perform cleaning, waste removal, and recovery activities.
Qualifications And Need‑to‑Know
High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
Flexible to work rotating shifts and overtime; overnight shifts 6 pm–6 am.
Strong communication, teamwork, math, and computer skills.
Problem‑solver, self‑motivated, adaptable, and results‑driven.

Pay Range: $20.00–$22.00 per hour.
