Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide excellent service at Domino’s Pizza. This role will serve customers, take orders, handle payments, and maintain a clean and efficient environment. Employees may work part or full time days and nights.
Responsibilities
Operate all store equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
Prepare product and assemble pizza orders.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Make correct monetary change and keep accurate cash drawer.
Communication & Essential Skills
Understand and give correct written instructions.
Communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders.
Perform accurate arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
Use verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Coordinate eye‑hand movements for rapid and accurate task execution.
Requirements
Must be 16 years of age or older.
Orientation and on‑the‑job training provided.
Physical Requirements & Work Conditions
Stand, walk, sit, lift, and carry; operate in temperatures ranging from 36°F to 90°F+.
Use hand tools such as pizza peel, cutter, and calculator.
Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and varying weather when removing trash.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks, work alone or with others, under stress, and meet quality control standards.
