Job Description
Customer Service Representative position at Domino’s Pizza. Responsible for taking orders, handling cash, preparing pizzas, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate friendly, positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.

Take orders over the phone and in person.

Deal with customer concerns.

Handle cash and give correct change.

Upsell menu items.

Make high‑quality Domino’s pizzas.

Maintain food and portion control.

Adhere to hygiene and food safety standards.

Prepare food and general cleaning duties.

General Job Duties

Operate all equipment.

Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.

Prepare product.

Receive and process telephone orders.

Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.

Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Communication Skills

Comprehend and give correct written instructions.

Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.

Essential Functions / Skills

Accurately perform basic arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply, divide; calculator may be used).

Make correct monetary change.

Verbal, written, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.

Motor coordination for rapid, accurate movements with speed.

Enter orders using computer keyboard or touch screen.

Work Conditions

Varying weather when removing trash and performing outside tasks.

In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in cooler to 90°F + in work areas.

Sudden temperature changes in work area and while outside.

Fumes from food odors.

Exposure to cornmeal dust.

Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler.

Hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F or higher.

Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

Sensing

Talking and hearing on telephone.

Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks.

Depth perception.

Ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces.

Temperaments

Direct activities, repeat tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality control standards, deal with people, analyze data, make judgments and decisions.

Physical Requirements

Standing: most tasks performed while standing.

Walking: for short distances, short durations.

Lifting: bulk product deliveries up to 50 lb, lift cases up to 72‑inch shelf height.

Carrying: large cans (~3 lb 7 oz), pizza sauce up to 30 lb, trays of dough 12 lb each.

Pushing: move dough trays on dollies; up to 7.5 lb force.

Climbing: occasional stairs or ladder.

Stooping/Bending: forward bending at pizza assembly and stocking; approx. 30–45 s each, repeated.

Crouching/Squatting: occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.

Reaching: continuously, up, down, forward.

Hand tasks: eye‑hand coordination required; use of forearm and wrist for shaping dough.
