Starting at $15.00/hour (higher starting pay based on experience). Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

The Role: What You'll Be Doing
This "Floater" position is a critical hybrid role that blends facility maintenance and production support during peak times.
Facilities Maintenance & Handyman Duties (Primary Focus)
Proactive Upkeep: Manage overall facility operation, performing indoor and outdoor maintenance for safety and professionalism.
Technical Repairs: Troubleshoot and repair plumbing leaks/clogs, HVAC filter changes and basic checks, and electrical systems.
Safety Compliance: Conduct monthly machine and equipment inspections and document results to meet safety regulations.
Special Projects: Assist with carpentry, painting, and setting up special event spaces or company luncheons.
Groundskeeping: Maintain the building exterior, perform minor repairs, and ensure walkways are clear and safe.
Production & Warehouse Support (Strategic Backup)
Rush Order Support: Assist on the warehouse floor with picking, packing, and shipping orders during high‑volume rushes.
Inventory Management: Use forklifts, pallet jacks, and dollies to move materials from receiving docks to storage racks or bins.
Quality Control: Inspect incoming products for damage, report discrepancies, and aid in unloading shipments.
Operational Flow: Maintain a clean, organized warehouse floor for easy material access by the production team.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Minimum 1+ year of general repair or handyman experience, comfortable with hand and power tools.
Physical Stamina: Must lift up to 75 lbs., stand, walk, bend, or climb ladders for most of the shift.
Certifications: Valid driver's license and clean driving record required for operating company vehicles.
Adaptability: Strong desire to work in a fast‑paced floater capacity, shifting priorities throughout the day.
Communication: Ability to follow detailed work orders and communicate effectively with Facilities and Production managers.
Additional Requirements
Must pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check.
