What Role You Will Play In Our Team
Multiple openings across several positions in the Bakken area (Williston, Tioga, and Alexander).
Field maintenance technicians across multiple crafts.
Positions include Mechanic, Measurement Technician and Maintenance Technician.
Responsible for ensuring safe operations, repairs, troubleshooting and collaboration across work groups.
What Will You Do
Mechanic
Ensure operations are maintained safely.
Perform engine and compression oil analysis.
Keep detailed and accurate records.
Perform repairs, maintenance and troubleshooting on compression packages.
Maintain pumps, motors, engines, turbines, generators and other rotating and fixed field equipment.
Coordinate and execute mechanical maintenance and repairs.
Measurement Technician
Install, calibrate, maintain and troubleshoot field measurement equipment.
Install, test and troubleshoot RTU equipment.
Operate, maintain, troubleshoot and calibrate field‑operated portable gas chromatograph.
Prove, maintain and troubleshoot LACT units and other liquid measurement devices.
Demonstrate commitment to safety culture and environmental standards.
Maintenance Technician
Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities for oilfield equipment, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Perform routine and minor corrective maintenance on production equipment, including pumps, valves, piping and associated mechanical systems.
Work closely with area operators to identify equipment issues, prioritize work orders and support continuous, reliable field operations.
Assist with troubleshooting equipment failures, documenting maintenance activities and communicating equipment status to operations and maintenance teams.
About You
Driver’s license and clean MVR.
Pass pre‑employment D&A screening and background check.
Ability to work outside and alone.
Available for overtime and callouts during scheduled workdays.
2+ years applicable work experience and/or secondary schooling including certificate, associate or bachelor degree.
Preferred Qualifications / Experience
Strong math and computer skills.
High mechanical aptitude and critical thinking ability.
Effective written and oral communication.
Ability to prioritize based on time and value.
Open to instruction and coaching.
