Hello! We are seeking experienced candidates to become an opening manager at our Valley Park McDonald’s. This position requires being on-site at 4 am. Pay is $15–$18 per hour.

Responsibilities
Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness for customers.
Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, such as planning for each shift, monitoring performance during the shift, taking action to meet McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for a great shift. They may also be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and helping their assigned departments meet their goals.

Qualifications
Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Candidates should be 18 years or older, a positive team player, flexible with scheduling, and eager to work in a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
