Responsibilities
Order Selectors are active throughout their shift, working independently using a voice-controlled system to select full-case grocery products using powered pallet jacks.
Paletize cases and prepare pallets to ship to local Albertsons stores, while maintaining safety as a priority.
Be part of a larger team and deliver on a daily basis with reliability and punctuality.
Operate on the 6:00pm to 2:30am Sunday through Thursday night shift; weekends off until Sunday night; holiday availability is required. This is a union warehouse with shifts based on seniority.
Qualifications and Requirements
Experience operating electric pallet jacks and warehouse equipment.
Being physically active at work is important; ability to move, bend, and lift items up to 60 lbs (some to shoulder level and above).
Compensation and Benefits
Starting pay is
$23.70
per hour, with potential to earn
$24.91
after one year, plus up to
$3.75 per hour
in additional bonus pay tied to production.
Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, paid holidays, bereavement pay, and retirement benefits (pension and/or 401k eligibility).
