Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative - Emergency Response based in Charlotte, NC. Qualifications

Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and handling Customer Inquiries

Experience in enhancing Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience

Effective communication and problem-solving abilities

Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus

Previous experience in customer service roles, especially in emergency response, is preferred
