Perform financial analysis to support strategic decision-making processes
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review
Analyze financial data trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement
Assist in development in budgets and forecasts
Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between actual and budgeted performance
Position Qualifications For The Financial Analyst
Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field
2 years of related Finance experience
Access familiarity (++)
Strong oral and written communication skills
Self-motivated with a commitment to excellence and teamwork
Integrity, enthusiasm, sensitivity, and stress management abilities
Strong decision-making skills and adherence to policies and procedures
