Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (onsite)

$50.00-$55.00/hour

Key Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of open positions (30+ requisitions at a time), primarily within engineering and technical functions
Partner closely with hiring leaders to understand role requirements and align on candidate profiles
Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting channels
Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interviews throughout the hiring process
Present qualified candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner
Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure engagement during longer hiring cycles
Track candidate activity and pipeline progress using ATS and internal tracking tools
Support offer process as needed, including coordination and documentation
Qualifications
2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Experience supporting technical recruiting within industries such as oil & gas, utilities, power & generation, renewable energy, or energy services required
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
Experience working with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms
Ability to communicate effectively with both candidates and hiring teams
Self-starter with a proactive, results-driven approach
