Overview

This role is critical to the daily operations of the service delivery team. This team member provides essential office support by managing communications (phones, emails, mail), scheduling (meetings, appointments, calendars), organizing documents (filing, data entry, reports, invoices), maintaining supplies, and assisting staff and visitors to ensure smooth daily operations and efficient workflows.
Responsibilities

Assist with various administrative duties in the service Division
Review and update notes on vendor projects in the project tracking programs
Coordinate the ordering of departmental supplies
Data entry projects as required
Filing and Maintaining contract files
Reviewing Timesheets
Coordinate with technicians for lodging, expense tracking, uniforms, and other duties
Miscellaneous duties as assigned
Skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Flexible team player
Ability to balance and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Strong MS Excel
Reading and comprehension skills are required.
Must possess computer exposure.
Strong initiative and self-motivation skills.
