
Computer Support Specialist

We are an approved vendor on contract to provide software development and IT staff augmentation services for the States of Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin. We also provide these services to businesses, as well as local and county governments, in the Midwest and nationwide.
Responsibilities
Install personal computer hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboards, printers, scanners, and disk drives.
Load and verify correct operation of software packages such as operating system, word processing, and spreadsheet programs.
Perform network connection set‑up and user profile, data, and application migration from workstation to workstation.
Identify and resolve hardware, software, and operating system problems, make minor repairs or refer to application specialists.
Required Skills
5 years of experience installing personal computer hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboards, printers, scanners, and disk drives.
5 years of experience performing network connection set‑up and user profile, data, and application migration from workstation to workstation.
5 years of experience identifying and resolving hardware, software, and operating system problems, making minor repairs or referring to application specialists.

Environment: Microsoft Desktop OS, Microsoft 365 Services, SCCM, and Active Directory; Trellix ENS, LPR Printing.
Location: Waterford, MI (On-site). Local candidates only. Must be available for an on‑site interview if required by the client.
Contract: 6 months. Candidates authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We can accept H1B, TN, and other valid work visas for IT but cannot accept OPT or CPT visas at this time.
